I thought this was delicious! I did turn the heat up & boiled it for a few minutes after adding the slurry, in order to thicken it & that worked. I also salted the mushrooms heavily after reading other reviews that said it needed more salt. The worked as well, because it tasted great!

Followed the recipe exactly.
It was very easy. I Didn’t like the smoked paprika, I personally would use regular paprika next time. I wasn’t a fan until I added salt and pepper at the end. Helped bring in some flavor. It is a little bland. My kids liked it a lot. Husband didn’t finish his plate.

Delicious! Although, I did 2c beef stock and 2c milk with sour cream, to give it a more creamy taste.

Excellent! Definitely needed the corn starch but it thickened it up perfectly.

This was very good! Pretty easy, so a nice meal to make for a busy weeknight. My boyfriend really enjoyed it, and commented on how it was nice to have a beef stroganoff that's a bit spicy (due to the paprika). Would make again!

Added cream to increase the amount of sauce, used both beef stir fry strips cut down into cubes n a cup of ground beef.

the only thing I wasn’t so happy about was how over cooked the noodles were when serving it immediately. I ate it again for lunch today and the texture was definitely a lot better. Definitely making again

The stroganoff gravy was a bit thin; I recomend a lot of cornstarch slurry and at least double the sour cream.

fast, easy and so so delicious! I used quinoa GF pasta and it worked really well. Stroganoff isn't on our "usual" menu, but it may be now!
