    So yummy! We made some exchanges but loved it the same! To make it have less sodium, we used water instead of chicken broth. We used 4 Mexican cheese and only half of a white onion. No salt added either just pepper. Kids will love it!

    Due to dietary restrictions had to use gluten free pasta, chicken sausage, almond milk, and dairy free cheese. But honestly it still came out really good!

    Delicious! Doubled the recipe, added in a little green onion and 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning. Then, at the end stirred half the grated cheese into the sauce to help thicken and flavor throughout. Topped with the rest of the cheese. We make our own homemade smoked deer & pork sausage,, so this recipe will be used frequently at our house!

    Pretty easy and taste surprisingly delicious! I followed close to the close I could. Lol I am one of those "cooks" who likes to add dashes of this and that while looking at a recipe! One of these days I will follow a recipe to the tee! Anyhow, I added some Italian seasoning and cayenne pepper along with the black pepper and it came out pretty well I might say!

    Really easy, really fast, really good. Will be in the monthly rotation or at least versions of this will. Very flexible recipe and you can change out different types of sausage, pasta and cheese,

    A favorite in my household! My 7 year old loved it .. I used the canned garlic tomatoes and it turned out great! Perfect to throw in the microwave and eat later too!
