- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 packet sweetener (granulated alternative white sugar, like Monkfruit in the Raw, optional)
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain greek-style yogurt (at room temperature)
- 2/3 cup applesauce (unsweetened smooth, at room temperature)
- 2 eggs (100 g, weighed out of shell at room temperature, lightly beaten)
- 2/3 cup nonfat milk (or unsweetened low-fat, I like unsweetened almond milk, at room temperature)
