This was really good. Nice and complex flavors very Spanish. Even the children liked it! 😄 Next time I will have a glass of Cabernet with it. Enjoy!

This is absolutely delicious! I followed the recipe exactly and it was amazing. The chicken is gone, but I'm still eating the rice a day later - soo good!
