It turned out well. Not sure if my skillet was large enough, but I didn’t need nearly as many tortillas as the recipe called for. Everything else seemed to be the right amount.

Perfect!!! I also added the black beans and rotel tomatoes. It was more like a wonderful dip with tortillas! Had it two nights in a row!!!

Turned out pretty good and I’ll definitely make it again. I used 14 tortillas instead of 12, and added a can of black beans. To give this a little more flavor, I also added about 3/4 tsp of cumin. I love cumin in any Mexican style dish. This recipe came together pretty quickly. Next time I may add a can of Rotel tomatoes, as other reviewers have suggested.

Not sure why this has so many 5 star ratings. It was just kind of plain mush with cheese on top. My family said don’t make it again.

I made 2 servings and used left over Turkey I had in the freezer. I didn’t have black olives so I used green olives. I also added a can of Rotel tomatoes since I didn’t have any green chilies. It was very easy and tasty even with my changes.

I made this last week and it was excellent. I did make a few modifications based upon previous reviews. I added another 1/2 cup of chicken broth to help soften the tortillas more. Additionally I added a can of Mild ROTEL Tomatoes to kick it up a bit. Also my wife and I are pretty liberal with the cheese so I may have added a bit more than the recipe called for. I also used a precooked rotisserie chicken for the meat. Again overall it was excellent and a very easy recipe that could be done on a week night as well if you eliminate the step of cooking and shedding the chicken breasts by adding the Rotisserie chicken meat precooked.

Big hit with the family! Kind of liquidy, might add more chicken next time. And add beans and rice and avocado next time.

We liked it. I made it with two chicken breasts, fat-free Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, fat-free cheddar cheese, 2 T cornstarch instead of flour, and no butter.

Very good! Next time I’ll substitute enchilada sauce for the chicken broth

SO delish! I used gluten free flour (a one to one blend), chicken tenders cut into chunks to cook faster, and swapped out olives for diced tomatoes. Devoured by my family! And a one-pan dish? Yes, this is going into rotation

These are incredible! So easy to make and full of flavor. I added a little extra Taco seasoning for an extra kick of flavor.
