The reviews help this recipe. Taking hints from others…Flavored the chicken with paprika, dried rosemary, sea salt, seasoned pepper, and garlic powder. Added lots more fresh rosemary, partially cooked potatoes in microwave before putting in pan with chicken, and added steamed green beans for a vegetable. My family loved it and it was pretty simple. Will definitely make again.

Loved this but I did cook my potatoes first in my one pot so they would cook quicker also as everything cooked it wanted to stick a little so I added more butter amd tons of salt and pepper but the chicken and potatoes did take on that amazing flavor of rosemary.. will def cook this again!!

This was good! One think I changed was seasoning the chicken before adding it to the pan.

Was definitely good. I think it could use a little more spice, but that’s all personal preference. Let the potatoes go longer than the chicken(just put the chicken on a plate wrapped in tin foil to stay warm) until they had a good sear. I added onions, oregano, and a bit of thyme.

Was good, but could use a bit more spice. Added onions and freehanded the other spices. Next time I will be a bit more liberal with the spice. Served with roasted green beans. Husband liked it, but didn’t rave. Will definitely experiment with this one.

added onions with the garlic.

it was really great! simple and very tasty! I was a bit worried that it will not cook the chicken in 20 minutes. But it did very well!

This was an ok recipe. Definitely needed some more seasonings. But the hunting dogs really enjoyed the leftovers!

My husband swears this is one of the best meals he’s ever had in his life, lol. So, I followed the directions, but the cook time was way to short—the chicken was still raw. So I doubled the cook time and the chicken and potatoes both ended up reallyyy crispy, which was PERFECT. The crispy crunchy seasoning on the chicken and potatoes definitely made this dish.

Made this as directed (with chicken thighs) and it was good but a bit bland. Then I deglazed the pan with red wine and let it cook down a bit, and that was fantastic! Next time, would add some carrots and brussel sprouts for more flavor variety and let the chicken brown before turning.

I cut my recipe to two servings, and with that I suggest a lower heat for a longer time. Also, flipping the chicken and stirring the potatoes a couple minutes before they were done seemed to avoid some greasiness
It's possible with the full 6 servings you don't need this but it saved some burnage on my end.

Amazing! Added an extra 2Tbs of butter to it, other than that I stuck to the recipe. Great weeknight dinner.

Simple & tasty. When cooking, make sure the chicken is in contact with the pan so that it browns. Added green beans in the last 6 mins.

I sliced the chicken a bit too thin which made it come out a little dry, but the flavor was really nice. I will definitely make it again.

Flavorful, tender, and juicy. I added the rosemary to the garlic for a little extra flavor.

You need to add more garlic and seasoning to the recipe. And flatten the chicken breasts to make sure it cooks faster and stays juicy.

Turned out juicy but I definitely would add a lot more garlic and rosemary. It tasted very plain.

I used thinly sliced chicken breasts. Tasty, but would recommend seasoning your chicken with salt & pepper before hitting the pan, otherwise when you flip it, one side is unseasoned and...well, sad. Also, boil the potatoes a bit before putting them in. They take wayyy longer to cook.

Dang good recipe and fun to make. Came out delicious and the chicken was so moist
