    A light meal for a hot day. Did not use allotted salt and used lemon pepper spice. I am sure the requested mix for fish would have been really good. Asparagus is delish.

    I’ve made this a few times now, and always get compliments on both the salmon and asparagus. Didn’t realize I was out of dijon this last time, so I substituted yellow mustard. It still turned out great.

    Delicious! And easy! Normally we only eat salmon for it’s good nutritional properties but don’t exactly love it. But this recipe made it soft and flavorful. Will definitely make again.
    We totally loved the recipe. Easy to made with little mess and totally tasty.

    My husband adored this recipe! Only issue I had was the timing on the salmon to cook but I may not have thawed my salmon all the way first.
