Nice flavor though I discovered that I prefer my asparagus a little less cooked.

A light meal for a hot day. Did not use allotted salt and used lemon pepper spice. I am sure the requested mix for fish would have been really good. Asparagus is delish.

I’ve made this a few times now, and always get compliments on both the salmon and asparagus. Didn’t realize I was out of dijon this last time, so I substituted yellow mustard. It still turned out great.

My husband adored this recipe! Only issue I had was the timing on the salmon to cook but I may not have thawed my salmon all the way first.
