It was SO good!! The pork was juicy and tender! I decreased the baking time by 1 minute per side, because I find that pork over cooks so easily, and it was just right. Next time I might but the asparagus on a separate sheet, I think the underside of the pork would’ve browned better without the oil from the asparagus.
It will definitely go into our favorites category!
