- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1 Tbsp. water (saffron)
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup green olives (Lindsay natural)
- 1 preserved lemon (diced)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (minced)
- 1 pinch saffron threads (in 1 Tablespoon of warm water.)

Super one pot recipe and simple to make.
I used chicken that was marinated in some spices instead of plain chicken.
I also added a bit of cayenne pepper to give a bit of kick.
The quantity of water in the recipe is too little... need to add at least a cup and a quarter.

This was a flavorful dish served with couscous. The chicken breasts were very tender with this cooking method.

Flavorful. I added Trader Joe’s grilled artichokes. The combination of the sauce
and texture of the artichokes just added
more deliciousness to delicious!
