Easy & delicious! This is a staple “skinny meal” for me - carbs are a wee high but lean in protein! I add lemon zest opposed to the juice

This was delicious!! Super easy, too. I made it with pearl couscous and instead of apricot (didn't have any) I used dried cranberries.

This is a great recipe! I really like the touch of lemon at the end. I don’t add the apricots, raisins or cilantro as we’re not fans. You could probably add more veggies for variety & chick peas.

I found the taste a little bland. Feel like it needs a bit of heat. Maybe Cayenne or Paprika.

Super delicious. Didn’t have apricots, so

Was delicious and leftovers for the next nights tea just bulked it up by making roast potatoes and garlic bread and making an apricot vinaigrette to pour over the couscous and again another yummy dish. Will definitely be making this again
