    It took much longer than stated. Although the ingredients are all very flavorful, the dish as a whole had little Mediterranean flavor.

    Another tasty and relatively easy to make recipe. Prep all the ingredients ahead of time to make it easier. Recommend cooking the rice for at least 15 minutes before adding the chicken because the chicken was fully cooked at 15 minutes but the rice was still crunchy
