Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Peppers, cut the tops off, clean out the insides and rinse them off, then slice them long ways.
2. Tomatoes, cut off the ends, rinse them off, then quarter. put the green, red peppers and tomatoes into a cake pan.
3. Garlic bulb, separate all of the cloves of garlic from the bulb, then skin the cloves after taking off the ends. Then put garlic cloves into the cake pan with the peppers and tomatoes.
