    This was really good. My family seems to like just about anything Tex/Mex. I probably doubled the cumin because that's what gives it real flavor. I also added 2 cloves of minced garlic. I used 6 tortillas, but could have used more, and of course more cheese! I will definitely make this again.

    Really delicious I had flour tortillas added some taco seasoning and ate it with green salsa and it was great

    Turned out great! I was a little short on shredded cheese so I added some grated Parmesan. Keeping it keto, I opted out of the tortillas and it turned out fine.

    I really enjoyed this recipe - all the deliciousness of enchiladas without the hassle! I wasn't sure what size tortillas you used, but I used the mini ones and this turned out just fine.

    it was awesome, except too spicy for some. the enchilada sauce was overpowering otherwise it was a nice dish

    i absolutly loved it! I need to tone down the hot flavor and add black olives and more cheese. will make this again.

    Super delicious! Doubled it because I have a large family but it was a huge meal! Leftovers for lunch tomorrow! Yay!

    This was super easy and delish! Served over quinoa and was a great hit! I used Purdue pre-grilled chicken (buy one get one free) to skip a step. Can’t wait for leftovers!

    It was delicious. My whole family ❤️ it. I only had whole wheat tortillas but they added a nice thickness to the recipe. I am happy to have a new favorite to add to the rotation. Big fan of one skillet meals!

    It turned out great and my family loved it!! I used Julio’s corn chips in place of tortilla strips and mild cheddar. Delicious!!! Will def make again!

    this is so easy! I used frozen chopped chicken breasts and browned them in a skillet. Then added the rest of the ingredients. I used elbow macaroni instead of corn tortillas. It turned out great.

    This turned out awesome! I did use some extra cheese, flour tortillas, an extra can of enchilada sauce and a touch of cayenne but had great reviews from the family!!

    This is one of my favorite recipes! It is so good! I am not a big fan of black beans so I used pinto beans instead and it tasted great!
