next time i make this i will not boil the pasta in chicken broth, the salty taste was overkill

Very tastey and super simple to assemble! I used ruffled pasta and found that it was an adequate substitute. I also added a little dry, red wine to the liquid (broth) which gave it a little more sophisticated flavor.
