    I don’t have an oven, so I tried to pan-fry this. Worked well except for the crumb mixture falling off the chicken. Next time I’ll dip it in egg first.

    I was in a hurry and didn't take the time to properly coat the chicken. I sprinkled some of the coating mixture in the bottom of the pan, put the chicken in, then put the rest on top. It still turned out well. Will definitely do this again.

    Made this for dinner tonight and it was fantastic! I added fresh minced garlic to the butter, parm, bread crumb mixture and that was great!

    Great recipe! Used egg substitute instead of butter to save on the calories. Definitely will make this recipe again!!

    Very good! Even my kids and husband who don’t like squash enjoyed this. I had to turn the heat up to 425 though — you’re not going to get crispy chicken and veggies at 350.

    Pretty good, I would change the temperature that it is cooked at and maybe the type of pan to get a crisp. (Maybe it was just the type of chicken I used). Would try again.

    Amazing! I added more onion to the veggie mix and used lots of garlic. So yummy and so easy!

    Cook for 30min and let sit 10min. for perfectly tender chicken. Ensure potatos and zucchinis are sliced thin enough to cook in that time at 350.

    I added more veggies & potatoes and my pan was crowded so I had to cook it a little longer. I will slice the potatoes into coins like the zucchini so they cook evenly. The potatoes were not cooked 100%. The chicken was moist and the zucchini soft. Very tasty and very easy.

    I made this with chicken tenders, it was fabulous!! I used probably twice as much veggies than asked for, but that's the way I cook!! I used panko instead of bread crumbs, so I mixed salt and pepper, dried basil, and garlic salt into the panko crumbs.

    Turned out wonderful the only thing I did different was steam the potatoes so they would be under cooked
