I used spinach instead of kale because that is what I had on hand and it was really good

I made this recipe just as stated except I used cottage cheese instead of heavy cream as I didn't have the cream. My husband raved about this dish as it was really delicious. I will make it again as he said it was a definite keeper. Also, I had to use what was left at the store which was a combo of baby kale and spinach. I would definitely recommend this recipe, especially with the cottage cheese. YUM!
