Terrible threw it all down the drain despite trying to jazz it up with veggies and spices

This recipie was awesome. It was super easy and I added some onion, mushrooms and put in a tablespoon of red peppers.

For sure needed to add spice. I cooked the peppers down, and added onion. I am going to try adding some coconut cream next time.

Super easy recipe. Looks exactly as shown when finished. Eliminated the added salt and increased the chili flakes. Will definitely be making this again. It’s a great way to use up leftover rice, coconut milk and tomato paste.

obsessed with how easy this was!! I looked at all the previous comments and made the following changes: added half an onion before the turkey, added pepper, cayenne pepper, extra garlic powder, extra coconut milk & tomato paste & a tablespoon of fish sauce. I actually forgot the salt but I put salt in my jasmine rice so I didnt even notice

Yummy. Added diced onion, fresh peppers and kicked up the heat with cayenne pepper. Recommended!

Really dig the overall taste. We made ours with fresh zucchini, green bell pepper, broccoli, and Spinach. We added a little extra tomato paste, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper due to veggies. We paired it with pasta to make a hearty light sauce & some garlic toast. Super tasty & will make again!

This dish came out great. I followed most of the directions then went crazy and started adding stuff off the list, but it came out delicious! I loved it so much I made it again the next week.

Delicious and super easy to make. I added some Thai fish sauce to it and it turned out perfect!

Great last minute meal that’s easy to make and healthy. It’s a keeper for those days you don’t want to take a lot of time to cook

EDIT: Had to change this from 4 stars to 5 because it was EVEN BETTER as leftovers!
This was great! I'll definitely make it again. I hate heat so I omitted the red pepper flakes. I added 1/2 diced onion and used fresh chopped red bell pepper and arugula instead of frozen veggies. I also doubled the tomato paste after tasting. Served mixed with Jasmine rice. Yum! I could see it being a little plain for some people but it would be easy to spice up.

This was really easy to make, and I was actually surprised how deep the flavor was. Perfect to serve on top of rice!
