I love this recipe and my fussy family love eating it. I did add a little extra liquid to the dish while it was cooking in the oven because different varieties of rice absorb more liquid while cooking.

This was aweful.. I had to cook it for double the time and the rice was still chewy. I followed the directions spot on. It also was very bland.
