This turned out pretty well but it was not amazing. We are a family of 5 so I added extra rice and broth, plus we like smalller ratios of meat so this helped spread out the pound of chicken. I appreciate one pan recipes, but it would have turned out better had I cooked both the rice and broccoli separately.

This is so easy! It’s a good, comfort food that will be in my regular rotation going forward.

Excellent!! Except the brown rice I had took even longer than I expected! My error! It was a little crunchy and still delicious! Thank you so much for an easy and tasty recipe!! Oh btw, the chicken was oh so tender!

Awesome, would make it again but with fresh garlic I used out a jar and not as good!

Took a bit of extra time to cook the rice but we added some mushrooms and pepper jack it was pretty good!

Excellent! Made 1.5 batch to serve family of 6 and grandparents and there were no leftovers! I cooked rice longer too...almost 30 minutes before adding broccoli and then another 10min with broccoli before adding chopped rotisserie chicken and cheese

Turned out great. I did cook the rice separately first so it would be nice and soft. But the flavor was great. Warm simple dish..

Turned out great. However I cooked everything first then I added two cans of cream of chicken soup along with 3 cups of cheese and it turned out great!

Delicious! The one suggestion I give, however, is to cook the rice according to the rice package. I use Lundburg and normally cook rice for at least 35 minutes. This recipe suggests fewer than 25 minutes, total, which results in crunchy rice. I had to add additional time.
