It turned out great. I tossed the mozzarella, tomatoes and fresh basil with Italian seasoning and oregano in addition to salt and pepper. Substitutions included Roma tomatoes and boneless chicken thighs cut into slices. This is my third time making the dish and I prefer boneless thighs. It was served with baked brown rice and steamed broccoli.

You can’t go wrong !! So simple yet it turned out beautiful to look at and pretty yummy to eat .. I did sprinkle some cayene powder and garlic powder right before putting in it in the oven , so got a little extra zing .. wanted to add balsamic but didn’t have it on hand so sprinkled a bit of red wine vinegar and it turned out a winner . Teamed it up with ceasar salad and mashed potatoes , really good !!

Used b/s chicken thighs instead of breasts. Also, I used a mozz ball since I couldn’t get ciliegine. Turned out tender & so delicious, with great flavor. So easy, so good for the family!!!

It was good, a little balsamic glaze and grated parm over some angel hair made for a great meal.

Fantastic! I made a balsamic glaze to top the chicken with before eating, and it pushed it to another level!

It was pretty delicious. I did a rush job, so it didn't marinate like it should've, but I'd definitely make it again.

Great I had to make a bit more marinade and I’ll salt one less time than the recipe calls, but it turned out really good

I added balsamic glaze to tomatoes and mozzarella and drizzled on top of chicken when frying. Cooked asparagus too start 10 min into chicken baking. Statue in 4tbs of butter with garlic powder, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper to taste VERY easy to make and delicious.

Really simple to throw together. The chicken came out lovely and tender. The flavors were fresh and tasty and the kids really enjoyed it. I threw the pasta in the juice leftover in the pan before serving.
