Very easy to make and delicious!! This is for a very thick icing. To keep it from getting too hard while you're using it, just keep stirring it inbetween whatever you're putting it on.
Someone in the comments on the original post mentioned they actually use it for ganache now, and after making this myself I agree that it's an excellent usage of this recipe. But it has been absolutely tasty on the cookies I used it on, too!
