very easy to make. tastes great. i didn't have any tomatoes with green chilis so i added hash chili powder and it was very tasty.

Absolutely delicious hearty meal! It’s a Really quick and easy weeknight one pot dinner. I added one can of undrained black beans and a small can of green chilies, along with some extra spices… cumin, chipotle powder and dried oregano. I also used macaroni noodles instead of egg noodles, hoping they will hold up better after I freeze the leftovers.
