I was so excited to try this and it was such a disappointment. The chicken was fine, but the rice didn’t cook and there was still too much liquid in the dish. i might try some variations like cooking the rice for 30 mins, adding the chicken and doing another 45. I added garlic powder and onion powder to the seasonings and french's onions to the top for the last 10 minutes which were all delicious additions.

It’s was mushy and not good at all. I would recommend cooking rice and chicken separately
