Delicious!
Used brown rice.
Added half a medium zucchini, grated and served with sliced avocado and sour cream.
Substituted homemade taco seasoning.
Cooked for 1h 15m.

It was good. I couldn't help but change it up. I added a can of black beans, drained. I also added one onion chopped and four cloves garlic finely chopped. And I substituted chicken broth for the water. It also seemed to me that 30 minutes wasn't enough so I baked for 45.
