Description
These brownies contain no chocolate, just cocoa, so you don't have to deal with melting chocolate. The brownies are extremely fudgy, delicious, and easy to make! Slightly adapted from Bittersweet cookbook
Ingredients

- 10 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup nuts (choice)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 325F. Line an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang to lift the brownies out later.
- Combine the butter, sugar, cocoa, and salt and melt till smooth and hot (microwave or double boiler).
- Let the mixture cool slightly, and then add in the beaten eggs and vanilla extract.
