Soft, moist & easy to make. Replaced the 1/2 cup of hot water with 1/2 cup of hot coffee (enhances chocolate flavor). Also used olive oil instead of veg/canola oil (ran out). Only used this recipe for the cake - used a separate recipe for cream cheese frosting. I love that it’s just a one layer cake - just enough to kill the craving for a few days. Cake was delicious. Will definitely make again!
