- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 onions (chopped fine)

Didn't follow exact instructions, for lack of time. In the Instapot, I fried onions with spices for 2 min and then added the cubed beef and sautéed another 10 min. I then added water, salt (didn't have cubes) and squirt ketchup and pressure cooked on beef/stew setting, which was 35 minutes. Realizing I forgot the flour, I then stirred in some cornflour to thicken the sauce and sauteed for 10 min. I served over pasta. All my fussy eaters licked their plates!
