Extremely crumbly and dry. I chose this recipe in my quest to find a copycat chips ahoy chocolate chip cookies (crispy, not oily, not chewy, like the ones you get at the store in a box). This one looked promising since it said it would be crispy and snappy. Not at all; texture is like a dry shortbread, crumbly. The kind of dry that makes a sand-like paste in your mouth and it’s hard to swallow. Will not make again, ever.
