    This cake is wonderful!! The crisp sugar crust is just the right touch! I served it with fresh whipped cream I’ll definitely be making this again!

    Not very flavorful, and not much difference from a regular cake other than the fact it uses olive oil for the fat. Soft crumb, and fluffy texture, rather simple to whip up.
