It was a hit with my family. I did alter a little and dip my chicken twice for extra crisp and it was amazing. We will have this again.

This came out perfect! Golden brown crust and juicy inside, just the way it should be. 2 cups of flour is a little much, as I was able to coat all the chicken pieces completely with about 1 cup. Took about 6 minutes per side to completely cook the chicken pieces. I added a little sugar to the marinara sauce to take away the overpowering sour taste. Came out perfect! I will definitely make this again. As for it tasting like Olive Garden's, it was close but definitely not the same. They must use different spices for their coating. I prefer this way myself.
