  • 1/4 pound bacon (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 onion (diced, or if you’re lazy I used onion powder last time and that worked great)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 10 cups chicken broth (I always use the granules and water)
  • 1 bag frozen chopped spinach (I think olive garden uses kale)
  • 6 potatoes (halved and sliced, I now remove the skin since the musicmaker is a whiner)
