- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 15 oz. diced tomatoes with juice
- 15 oz. kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
- 15 oz. white beans (rinsed and drained)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 26 oz. marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 3/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/4 cups dry pasta (I used fusilli, but shells or ditalini would work well, cooked separately according to the package directions.)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped, optional for serving)
- grated Parmesan (optional for serving)

I cooked it for 6h on low, and the carrots and onions were still hard. I finished cooking on the stove. :/

Turned out really good. I substituted italian sausage for the hamburger. Served it with a hunk of homemade beer bread. The whole family loved it!

Very good, we all enjoyed it. Made extra and froze it. Added the pasta for the last 30 minutes in the slow cooker.
