This recipe is awesome. The only thing I did different was I used rotel instead of just tomatoes

This is a delicious recipe. My husband nearly ate it all and requested that I make it again soon. Nearly all of the vegetables that went into it (except for the celery) came from our garden which made it even better. Thank you for sharing!!!!

Was delicious. My 14 year old made this and added Italian sausage and garbonzo beans too. It disappeared
fast!

I added some mini meatballs, and garnished with Parmesan cheese. Delicious. Very satisfying.

Had to use a little more zucchini and green beans due to them needing to be used up, but otherwise this recipe is perfect. Tastes almost exactly like my beloved Olive Garden minestrone!

It was an easy, but delicious recipe! I didn’t have all the same ingredients, so I modified with what I had. I also added some cubes of bacon for that bacony flavour. Wonderful!! Will definitely make again

It was wonderful. Added a bit more of the fresh vegetables and macaroni shells like doubling recipe. Also added some ground pork sausage and it was delicious.

A good recipe, quick and tasty. I used a bottle of pasatta to make a rich tomato flavor. A perfect recipe for cooler nights :)
