Great! Threw it together in less than a hour. Subbed fresh spinach & frozen peas and used chopped rainbow baby carrots and fresh parsley. Delicious & beautiful! Italian chicken & dumplings. Will add to my soup rotation!

I love this recipe on a cold winter day! I have made it several times and have not changed the recipe at all!
