I've done these a few times, just to be certain they consistently work, and this recipe is the best peanut butter cookie recipe I've ever found. Take time to mix properly and fully, and you'll never be disappointed.

Absolutely love them. Wonderful soft texture, nice and quick recipe (if your butter is softened)
I will say it’s a little salty for me, I might do half the salt next time... amazing nonetheless!

Delicious cookies, will use this recipe again. I used the crunchy peanut butter instead, which I think made it even better with the bonus crunches here and there.
