From upstate NY and my Dad, oh how he could make a super sauce! When I stumbled upon this and saw PORK in the recipe I knew what I had been missing for so long! When in NY I go WAY out of my way to go to this bakery. There is no place like home and it wouldn't be the same without ripping off a hunk of this bread! He ALWAYS used pork in his sauce. You simply just must give this a try and I cannot believe I am the first to review because there should be many more. Tweaking is easy and to step up that store bought stuff do some improvising yourself. All will think you were straight from Italy!
