- 6 lb. frozen peaches (or fresh, ; peeled and sliced, about 10 cups_)
- 1 cup sugar (or splenda)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (I add a little more, I love cinnamon)
- 1 tsp. nutmeg (I use fresh grated nutmeg, but the kind you buy in the bottle is good also)
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract (I use homemade vanilla, but the bottle is good also)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 pie crust (refrigerated rolled)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
