Perfect recipe and very kid friendly, so I could enjoy this cooking moment with my 3yo. Thanks!!!

Delish! Halved the recipe, left cinnamon the same. Used 1/2c coconut flour and 1/2c regular flour (needs must during pandemic times!) which gave it a subtle coconut flavor.

These were better than any oat cookie I've made in my life! 10/10 would make again. They were so soft!

first batch was gone minutes after they came out of the oven. sooooo good. i halved the recipe but kept the same amount of cinnamon and vanilla. i think they would have been on the bland side if i hadn’t.

These are delicious and very easy to make. I should have made a double batch because these wont last through the day and I am half way through baking. I used a total of 1 1/3 cups white sugar plus 1 tablespoon of molasses in place of 1 cup white sugar/1 cup brown sugar recipe calls for and it was perfect sweetness for my family and I. I also added about 1/4 teaspoon of grated nutmeg for an extra umpf in the flavor.

I ADORE this recipe! It is easy to make and the results are Fabulous!!! You can get the perfect balance of chewy center and slightly crunchy edge. ( At least the way I bake them) I do not like chocolate so I add toffee chips for me and chocolate chips for my family sometimes.
