Turned out very good and this was my first time ever making meat loaf I’m a new cooker so this was very simple to make yummy

Extra onion, ground buffalo, home crumbed bread (some bigger pieces), dried parsley, ground fresh sage, extra sauce. Used the leftovers for sandwiches then chili.

turned out GREAT! I had to double the ingredients because we had guest. They loved it! Will definitely use this again.

Very basic, good meatloaf. Pretty good but not superb as far as meatloaf goes.

I just finished mixing all the ingredients and it seems way too “loose” are you sure about that 3/4 cup milk? I feel like I’ll have to go back out and buy more beef before I bake it. I’ve been cooking for 45 years, I always follow directions to the letter and so far, I’ve never seen a meatloaf mixture that seems like mush as this one does😾
