Made LOTS of dumplings. I could have used half the amount. I made in a crock pot so had to improvise on combination. i ended up with not enough broth so i folded in heavy cream after it was done cooking. Really good. oh yeah, i also seasoned the dumplings like i saw on a Jamaican beef patty recipe.

Great! I combined mixture till sticky, topped w flour and rolled out all at once, rerolling scraps to complete
