Excellent, I sauteed Onion, fine diced carrots, and celery. Also added some kitchen boquet for extra flavor, and a little ketchup.

Of tomato sauce. 1 Tbs. of Worcestershire sauce, tsp. Of Italian seasoning, 3 TBS. of crushed garlic,1/2 medium onion diced, salt an pepper to taste. No cheese. Baked in the oven 20 minutes. Delicious

have made this multiple times. it is delicious! only change i make is to add some green, red, or orange pepper, depending on what i have on hand. this makes a big pan! i also add more cheese on top. just because!

We loved this recipe, I changed it up to 1/2 and used left over meatloaf WOW it was great of course it was too much for the two of us so I froze half the amount will definitely make this again

I loved this recipe, it is a perfect throwback to the flavors that remind me of what I grew up eating. Yet have admit that I made a few modifications. First, I cut the recipe in half (and that was plenty)! Instead of tomato sauce, I used leftover pasta sauce that I needed to use up. I also added fresh chard stems, celery, basil and parsley to put my garden bounty to use. I like the versatility of this recipe.

I loved this! A real family pleasing dish. I went with just what I had on hand in my cabinets. I cooked the macaroni in the seasoned meat, onion, and tomato mixture adding hot water to hydrate and get it cooked as a one pot dish. This will be added to the rotation for sure!

Delicious! I added a second can of tomato sauce just to add liquid my husband can be very fussy about this type of meal and even he loved it I served it with corn bread -yummy!-

I have made this several times now. It's quick and easy to make. Holds up well for leftovers.

This is an easy thing to make. It tastes like something you slaved over for hours, yet it didn’t take long to put together. Absolutely delish!!!

I added some paprika and used plant based meat sautéed in coconut oil instead of beef for the vegetarians in my house. It was delicious!

Came out really good. Very easy to make. I halved the recipe. I will definitely make it again

My Italian seasoning was a little heavy on thyme, so it was hard to balance that out, but made it in cast iron Dutch oven, so left it on stove top on low heat to finish cooking noodles instead of putting in oven. Also added a little Parmesan along with shredded cheese. Very tasty!

Worked out fine. Worked out fine. I added additional veges (green pepper, celery, corn, olives). Passed the “wife” trst of being better than her Mothers almost weekly version.

Delicious comfort food and family friendly. I followed the recipe and added two bay leaves, diced green pepper, corn, and red pepper flakes for a little extra kick.

It was delicious! Easy to make & the fact you can substitute the sauce was great ideal.

Super great! They should change the serving size though! It definitely feeds more than 4 people!

It was good had to tweak it a bit for my crew. Added Red chili flakes, corn and more seasoning. Also made a half batch with the large can of tomatoes. It was too much like pasta with marinara sauce.

It was ok. Did exactly half to minimize the servings but it doesn't leave a flavor worth memorizing. Def not had but it's not something I'd make again so soon
