Nice recipe. Only change I made was decreasing the baking time to 10 minutes.

Just made these cookies. I chilled the
mixed ingredients for a hour. Used a scoop. Baked 20 minutes. Cooled 2 minutes. These cookies are easy & yummy ‼️

Amazing! I added vanilla extract and probably would put the time down with my oven

Taste: 9/10. Yummy, and you can’t even tell it’s only made from 3 ingredients! I do recommend using slightly less sugar though.
Texture: 5/10. I don’t recommend using the extra egg. I know a lot of people said to, but mine resulted in a very raw interior and an overly oily cookie overall. I just took them out of the oven, so maybe they’ll get better once they’re cooled, but I’m going to try it with just 1 egg next time.
Update: Once the cookies cool, the texture is a lot better. They just aren’t the prettiest cookies and are a bit too sweet with the full cup of sugar.

When I read the reviews, I couldn't wait to try these. Not sure what everyone is raving about except that they are easy and probably a great recipe for middle-schoolers at a sleep over but I found that they didn't have much taste. Not very peanut buttery.. Texture nice but flavor disappointing. (That was my 2-star review yesterday) OK- so I am back and editing my review- a day later, the cookies are delish! I guess I need to bake these a day ahead to maximize flavor. Texture still moist and chewy. Hope this helps.

My grandsons love these! Will make them again. Ingredients always at hand & so easy, quick. I think next time I'll try caster sugar as the sugar seemed a little grainy for me.
