Salmon cakes turned out great! They were delicious. I served them with waffle fries and broccoli.

Used leftover trout and it was awesome! Might sub the green pepper for red pepper next time, but the ratios are solid.

I'm just thrilled to find this! I made it, and if it isn't my mother's recipe, it is so close that it makes no difference. I used to beg mom to make her "salmon croquettes," and now I can make them for myself! I will feel her next to me every time I take a can of salmon out of the pantry.

Sooo good! I cut the recipe in half since I only used one can of salmon and was able to make 4 good size patties. I had some chopped onion on hand and almost added it but THANK GOODNESS I stuck to the recipe! I used frozen chopped green peppers and dried chives and it turned out fine! It isn't too overpowering or salty, but I did not sprinkle salt on the top as the recipe suggested. Ill be making this one over and over and over again!! Thanks Old Bay!! 😍😍😍

Even my husband liked this recipe! It was simple and easy to make. Next time I will take more care to dice the bell pepper in smaller pieces. They started to fall out around the edges.
