- fine ground sea salt (to taste, optional because Old Bay is plenty salty)
- 1/2 cup cashews (soaked 4–6 hours, drained, and rinsed)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. stone ground mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. raw honey
- sea salt (to taste)
