we love this! I use frozen okra and drained canned tomatoes and turns put perfect!

my wife is allergic to tomatoes so left them out. used fresh okra and fresh corn on cob, red onion and fresh dill. will definitley make it again. we loved it. made it with honey glazed pork loin.

I loved this! Used fresh okra and added a small Serrano pepper for a kick. Also reheats very well.
