This is so crisp fry you can have as a snack or as a Side for your rice.

Ingredients

  • Lady’s Finger/ Okra – 1 cup thinly sliced
  • Gram flour – 1/4 cup
  • Rice flour – 1 tbsn
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
  • Asafoetida – a generous pinch
  • Curd – 2 tbsn
  • Salt – as required
  • Oil – for deep fry

    Directions

    1. Mix all the ingredients except oil.
    2. Deep fry in batches till golden brown
    3. Serve warm with any variety rice
