- 1/2 cup dried mushrooms (I used porcinis; feel free to use another variety such as shiitakes)
- 1 cup edamame (shelled)
- 4 Tbsp. green onions (minced, for serving)
- 4 Tbsp. pickled ginger (minced all-natural, sushi ginger- for serving)
- salt (Matcha, for serving, recipe follows)
- 1 tsp. sea salt (course)
- 2 pinches green tea (powdered matcha)
