i would have liked a little less vinegar and a bit of salt. but it was still good with white rice and beef bulgogi.

So delicious. Spicy, but still flavorful. You get a good kick from the chili paste & the cucumbers maintain their refreshing flavor. Very easy to make. No complaints.
