  • 350 milliliters milk (soy milk or water)
  • 1 pinch fleur de sel
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin (and Anis jam)
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

    Directions

    1. Heat milk and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    2. Stir in oatmeal and season with a pinch of salt.
    3. Cook over low heat until oatmeal is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
    4. Add pumpkin butter and stir well. Lightly toast almonds in a dry skillet.
    5. To serve, garnish with toasted almonds.
