- 100 grams oatmeal
- 350 mL milk (soy milk or water)
- 1 pinch fleur de sel
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin (and Anis jam)
- 1 Tbsp. sliced almonds

Directions
- Heat milk and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Stir in oatmeal and season with a pinch of salt.
- Cook over low heat until oatmeal is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Add pumpkin butter and stir well. Lightly toast almonds in a dry skillet.
- To serve, garnish with toasted almonds.
