- 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup gluten-free oats (I used Quaker gluten free)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 2 Tbsp. salted butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar (add another ¼ cup if you like a sweeter frosting)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
